A warm welcome to the Ooh La La Challenge Blog. A new challenge will be posted here every other Monday. We hope you will join us whenever possible.

Anyone can join in, all you have to do is follow the theme then showcase your project on our blog. We love to see you using OLL images and/or papers but it's not necessary to enter. If you'd like to try some OLL designs click on the link to the shop on the sidebar as there are some fantastic freebies for you there.

Please post your project on your blog with a link to our challenge, most importantly HAVE FUN!

Challenge #75

Hi crafters wherever you are.  Lovely to have you with us again.  We had tremendous support and so many beautiful designs for our last challenge of Pink, Pink and More Pink.  I think that one was a topic you all enjoyed ... let's hope our new one is just as popular.

It's a Man Thing

Remember, you don't have to use OLL designs but if you have any we'd love to see what you do with them.  If you don't have any OLL stuff there are some freebies in the shop for you to try. Make a direct link to your project with our little blue fellow and please, think about turning off word verification and using comment moderation instead. That makes our job easier when we have so many challengers.

A new month and a new guest designer.  For March and April we have the lovely Kym of Kym's Crafty Cards.  Please check out her blog as she has some amazing creations.

Here's what she said about herself!

My name is Kym and I am a wife, and mum to two boys aged 18 and 14. I took up cardmaking in December 2004 by cutting up my previous years’ Christmas cards, sticking them on a card and adding an embellishment. I cringe when I think back and that I gave these cards to people!!  In January 2005 I was in hospital for 7 weeks and then off sick a grand total of 11 months. It was during that time I came across Dawn Bibby, and her shows helped me through a difficult time. It also made me decide that all the cards I sold I would give 50% to charity. I have come a long way card-wise since then and at the beginning of December 2010 I had raised £1200 for many different charities in 5 years by the selling of my cards. I so enjoy making my cards and taking part in challenges.  I enjoy rubber stamping, using digital stamps and love using CDs in my cards.  I was delighted to be asked to be a Guest Design Team Member for the Ooh-la-la Challenge Blog and it certainly didn’t take me long to say “yes”

A big thank you to Tracey who has been our guest designer for the past two months.  She created some stunning pieces and because of that we have asked her to become a permanent member of our Design Team.  Welcome Tracey!
