Challenge #90

Hi challengers!  Another two weeks have gone whizzing by and we've been very busy here at OLL commenting on all the wonderful designs that have been entered into our challenge of Punches / Dies.  Thanks so much to everyone who took part.

As was mentioned in the previous challenge post, Wendi and Emma have a new CD out called Festive Funnies.  I hope you were able to watch the launch on Create and Craft.  If you didn't manage to grab one of the CDs Wendi and Emma have given me two to give away.  One CD will go to the winner chosen at random from the challengers and the other one will go to the winner of our Top 3 ...... could it be you???  Pop to the bottom of the post to find out.

There is a second showing of Festive Funnies on Create and Craft on 17th October at 4pm.  This program also features Boys to Men and Christmas Presence ...... miss it at your peril!

Firstly I'd like to say a very big thank you to Lena Katrine who was our guest designer last month.  It was a pleasure working with her and we will no doubt catch up with Lena in blogland.

We have a new Guest Designer for October, the lovely Maxine.  A girl of few words but huge talent.  Here's what she has to say about herself!

I've been card making for 3 1/2 years and I'm addicted. My small craft box has now turned into a craft room and I'm in there every day crafting. I'm also a DT member for Trimcraft, Little Claire and Meiflower Crafts.

Lena Katrine's GD Card

Hi everyone!  A big thanks to those who playing along with us in our last challenge of Anniversary, so many wonderful designs.

Wendi and Emma have been busy working on a new CD - Festive Funnies - which is showcasing on Create and Craft on 25 September so make a date in your diary to watch out for it.  It's a fabulous Christmas CD and with so many lovely designs, making your cards this year will be a breeze.

Lena Katrine - GD September

Here's a little bit of info about me:

I live in a small, beautiful place called Osen, on the south east countryside in Norway.  

I've been making cards for about 5 years now, but my card crafting really hit the roof when I started blogging 3 years ago!

I love creating with beautiful stamps, ink, papers, flowers, pearls, ribbons and other craft stuff. My favourite technic at the moment, is colouring images with Prismacolors. I find inspiration everywhere and anywhere; in blogland, in magazines, in colours, in commercials...you name it!

I very much enjoy teaching craft classes - it gives me so much joy to see others create. I love spending time together with my crafting friends, and I'm spending as much time together with them, as my ordinary life allowes me to :)

Thank you so much for having me as your Guest Designer at Ooh La La in September!

Wow, another fortnight has whizzed by - where is the time going, it will be Christmas very soon, in fact, in 124 days (oooops, sorry!).  However, all of the challengers who joined our Oh Christmas theme will have at least one card in their Christmas box!  A big thanks to all.  The DT have had a great time looking at all your wonderful work.
