Challenge 16 - Singing in the Rain

Thank you all once again for your fantastic contributions last week. We don't have huge numbers taking part at the moment but we certainly have quality and we do appreciate your entries.
Now for this week's challenge...

'Singing in the Rain' - What comes to mind? Fred Astaire maybe or even that amazingly cute and talented dancer George Samson? Well we're hoping you have some great ideas on this theme. You can do a rainy day card like our example or any card - gift - or anything you can come up with that will bring some support or a smile to a friend.
Now some challenge sites add an 'extra twist' to their challenges. Well this week (not to be outdone) so are we. You don't have to do this but it's an extra twist for really keen challengers.

Make the inside of your card just a little bit more special by making it match the outside!!! Hmm tough eh? You can do it!!

Our show cased card this week uses an image, backing paper and inner from our Kiddiwinks CD.

More examples using these papers and image.....

Thanks for visiting our challenge blog - hope you have time to join in.

Challenge 15 - Weddings

Romance is in the air this week at Ooh-la-la-creations. It must be all those romantic quotes we looked at last week. Thank you all so much for taking part. It was so much fun reading the many and very varied quotes you added to your cards.

This week we want to see cards or any other items you might create for a wedding. We are really looking forward to seeing what you can come up with.

Our focussed card this week uses an image from our CD 'Passion for Fashion'. There are quite a few romantic images on there, but this one is particularly suitable for show casing in a frame and as you can see we used a heart shaped one made using a corner punch.

This card uses another image and papers from Passion for Fashion

More romantic cards...

This is another card using the corner heart punch and has heart corners and embellishments added to it which were created using a Wizard die.

Sometimes it nice to leave a card such as this one without a sentiment as that means it can be used for many different romantic occasions.

And engagement cards...

And finally a Scrapbook Page

Thank you once again for looking at our challenge. We hope you like what you saw and will have time to join in this week.
